This is a plain-language summary of how the platform works. Final legal wording must be reviewed and completed by the platform operator.
What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), delivery addresses and map locations you provide, order history, payment references you submit, and records needed to run the service.
Who sees your address
Your full delivery address and phone number are shown only to the rider assigned to your order after they accept it, and to authorised KWIK BITE administrators. Restaurants see your first name and delivery area.
How it is used
To process orders, arrange delivery, keep financial records, prevent fraud and provide support.
Security
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Sensitive actions are logged. Contact support to correct or delete personal data, subject to financial record-keeping duties.
