About KWIK BITE

KWIK BITE is a marketplace that connects customers, restaurants and delivery riders. KWIK BITE keeps records of orders, payments and settlements but does not process, hold or transfer money.

Accounts

You must give accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Accounts may be suspended for misuse.

Orders

An order is a request to a restaurant. It is only accepted when the restaurant accepts it. Prices and fees are calculated by KWIK BITE's servers when you place the order.

Payments

Customers pay the restaurant directly, by cash on delivery or by mobile money to the restaurant. A transaction reference or screenshot is not proof of payment until the restaurant verifies it against its own records.

Delivery confirmation

Only the customer can confirm delivery, from their own signed-in account. Riders and restaurants cannot confirm delivery on a customer's behalf.

Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
